Tucked between the Bintang singlets of Seminyak and crushed concrete of Kuala Lumpur lies one of my favourite cities. While the artificial landscape and manicured street hawkers do make me question the authenticity (and price!), Singapore and I are besties. Maybe it’s because you can drink water from the tap or that it’s just enough Asia with just enough West or that the chicken rice is just so f’ing good, I’m sold either way.
