New York’s cultural diversity is the reason I walk out of US customs a little fatter. With an ever-evolving, ever expanding and never ending supply of choice, in the impossibly cool NYC, it’s also impossibly hard to find a seat. Be prepared to wait for your roast duck on rice or pastrami on rye, but be glad you did. These 8.5 million eaters, in five culturally sprawling boroughs, have high expectations.
